Ask us your questions ↗What is the difference between paying upfront and starting without it?
The website scope and included support are the same. With an upfront payment, you pay €390, €790 or €1,490 when you sign up and have a lower monthly fee. With no upfront payment, you spread the investment over 24 monthly payments of €119, €239 or €419. The selector always shows the total for each option before VAT.
Is there a minimum term? What happens from month 25?
The initial contract term is 24 months. After that, you can continue with hosting and the same maintenance scope for €69/month on Basic, €129/month on Business or €229/month on Premium, plus VAT. You can also request the website handover once all payments are complete. Migration and any licences needed outside our management are quoted separately.
Will the website and domain belong to me?
The domain is registered in your name from the start. Once the contractual obligations are fulfilled, we hand over the website and your content. Agency licences, third-party photographs and other resources remain subject to their providers’ terms. Everything is detailed in the proposal before you sign up.
Can I change the text and images myself?
With Business and Premium, you can edit content in WordPress and receive a training session. Basic is an HTML landing page: we make the changes included in its maintenance. Monthly minutes cover small updates to existing content and do not roll over.
Do I need to supply the text and photographs?
The plans use text, a logo and images supplied by you. Premium includes the setup of two languages using client-supplied translations. If you need copywriting, translation, photographs or video, we can quote for these separately.
How long does it take to get the website ready?
We agree on a schedule after reviewing the scope, content and our availability. We provide a delivery date in the proposal and work in stages: structure, design, review and launch. Scope changes or delays in receiving materials may affect that schedule.
Does it include an online shop, bookings or ongoing SEO?
It includes the initial SEO setup described in your plan, not a guarantee of rankings or ongoing campaigns. Online shops, booking engines, CRM integrations, translations, legal text and advertising campaigns are quoted separately. We do not activate paid extras without your approval.
What if I need to cancel before the 24 months are up?
Before you sign up, we put the financed creation cost, the formula for calculating the outstanding balance and the exit conditions in writing. This lets you assess the full commitment before agreeing. Requesting information on this page does not create a contract or incur charges.

Offer for professionals and businesses. Prices exclude VAT. The initial contract term is 24 months. If chosen, the upfront payment is due when you sign up; monthly payments begin on publication. The contract specifies the schedule, content delivery obligations, terms for delays and the settlement formula for early cancellation.
From month 25: maintenance and hosting at €69/month on Basic, €129/month on Business or €229/month on Premium, plus VAT, with the same support limits as your plan. You can also choose to have the website handed over once payments are complete. Migration, third-party licences and additions are quoted separately and approved before work begins.
Included hosting covers a business website within the agreed scope. Shops, extensive catalogues, portals, intensive video storage or playback and other special requirements need a separate quote. It does not include 24/7 support availability, unlimited support, unlimited incident recovery or guarantees of search engine rankings.
One standard .es or .com domain subject to availability, one basic email mailbox and SSL are included. The client supplies text, translations and materials with the necessary usage rights. Consent management is configured where the project requires it; legal drafting and review are commissioned separately. The final proposal sets out the applicable resources, limits and providers.
